报道指中国对与美国达长期贸易协定抱怀疑态度，市场再度忧虑中美贸易谈判进展。美股昨晚(10月3日)下跌，其中道指收跌140点或0.5%，纳指收跌11点或0.1%。恒指今早低开100点或0.4%，报26,806；国指低开38点或0.4%，报10,494。
腾讯(00700.HK)低开0.4%，报319.6元。汇控(00005.HK)、中移动(00941.HK)分别低开1%、0.3%。友邦(01299.HK)逆市升1.2%。创科(00669.HK)低开2%。
中资金融股偏软，建行(00939.HK)、工行(01398.HK)、中行(03988.HK)低开0.6%-0.7%。中国平安(02318.HK)靠稳高开0.5%。
内地「金九银十」冷清收官，楼市延续调整态势，内房股碧桂园(02007.HK)开市有沽压，股价低开2.7%。中国建材(03323.HK)首九月赚104.3亿人民币，按年增36%，股价升1.8%。
百济神州(06160.HK)获安进药厂Amgen购20.5%股权总额约214亿元，股价开市急升25.9%。药明生物(02269.HK)折让约8%配股净筹逾39亿元，另大股东配减持逾3%持股，股价开市挫6.3%。石药(01093.HK)吐1.9%。三生制药(01530.HK)建议分拆三生国健上海科创板上市，股价开市升1.5%。
必瘦站(01830.HK)预告中期利润增幅显着，股价开市扬10.6%。亚太丝路(00767.HK)大股东合夥人变动触技术全购，股价开市飙41.5%。
