复星国际(00656.HK)公募发行4亿欧元高级无抵押欧元债券
复星国际(00656.HK)公布,昨日(30日)在爱尔兰交易所首次成功公募发行4亿欧元、3.5年期高级无抵押欧元债券,是次发行是首笔中资高收益公募欧元债。
集团指,次债券发行受到来自欧洲、新加坡、香港地区、台湾地区等超过20家投资机构的支持,最终订单规模超过23亿欧元,达到5.7倍超额认购。其中,资产管理公司/保险公司占比82%、银行/私行占比18%;投资者地域分布方面,欧洲大陆占比47%,英国24%,香港地区21%,新加坡6%,台湾地区2%。
