佳兆业美好(02168.HK)斥3,416万人币收购江苏物管公司51%股权
佳兆业美好(02168.HK)公布,全资附属佳兆业物业管理(深圳)向陈连峰及王如香,收购目标公司51%股权,代价为3,416万元人民币。
目标公司主要从事物业管理业务,包括住宅社区、办公室及商业大楼、政府建筑物以及其他非住宅项目。於今年6月30日,其位於江苏省盐城市的在管项目包括12个住宅社区及62个非住宅项目,在管总建筑面积分别达约120万平方米及690万平方米。
