欧盟发问卷调查苹果Apple Pay有否违反反垄断法规
《路透》引述文件报道,欧盟委员会8月向网上零售企业发出问卷,调查有否被苹果要求使用Apple Pay移动支付服务,并拒绝其他竞争对手的服务。欧盟委员会确认向市场参与者寻求有关资料。
问卷问及公司是否有合约责任容许特定支付方式,合约内容是否包括在应用程式及网站整合Apple Pay的条款,苹果有否拒绝不符合整合Apple Pay的商户应用程式。欧盟委员会称有资料显示苹果或透过应用程式或网站,限制使用网上支付购买货品或服务,违反欧盟反垄断法。
Apple Pay在全球逾50个国家推出,包括逾20个欧盟成员国。
