奥玛仕(00959.HK)获大股东转让柬埔寨赌台业务权利
奥玛仕国际(00959.HK)公布,於上日(28日)收市後,旗下全资附属思胜与主席、行政总裁兼主要股东吴文新全资拥有的Lion King租赁协议及转让协议,包括思胜向Lion King租用赌台,租期至2020年9月30日止,月租120万元;另思胜同意接纳赌台业务权利之转让,为期五年,代价为1.2亿元。代价应由思胜以向Lion King出售销售股份并促使公司向LionKing发行承兑票据的方式予以支付。
柬埔寨政府向Lion King颁发博彩牌照,该赌台为位於赌场中场博彩区的四张赌台。
