汇丰研究:升工行(1398.HK)目标价至7.3港元 评级“买入”
汇丰环球研究发表报告指,工行(1398.HK)
第三季资产负债表加强,资产质素及资本水平亦见改善,净利息收益率一如预期收窄,主要反映资金成本上升,料相关压力将维持至第四季,甚至延续至明年。整体而言,于该行重点监察的七项盈利指标中,有四项表现正面,两项表现负面,其余一项为中性。
基于成本效益改善、信贷成本下降,同时净利息收益率下降等因素,该行升工行全年每股盈利预测0.7%,降2020年及2021年预测分别1.4%及1.7%,目标价相应自7.2港元上调至7.3港元,维持“
买入
”评级。
