格隆匯10月25日丨香港建屋貸款(00145.HK)公佈,關連交易已於10月25日完成。於截止日期,約748.32萬股利息股份及約1.59億股承兑票據股份已根據一般授權配發及發行予國能。
於關連交易完成後,國能於合共約7.35億股股份中擁有權益,相當於公司已發行股本約19.72%。
