憂慮「抽水潮」內房股普遍逆市捱沽 龍湖(00960.HK)續吐近半成
港股窄幅靠穩，但藍籌華潤置地(01109.HK)趁高「抽水」以折讓近7%每股33.65元先舊後新配股淨籌67.2億元，該股今天續挫7.5%，報33.45元，一舉失守配股價33.65元、20天及10天線(34.1及35.4元)；市場憂慮有同業也趁高「抽水」，內房股普遍捱沽。
龍湖(00960.HK)也由紀錄收市高位連吐第二天兼失守10天線(32元)，最低見31.25元，現造31.35元，續挫4.7%；融創中國(01918.HK)低見34.8元，守穩10天線(34.6元)，現造34.05元，跌2.6%；藍籌中海外(00688.HK)失守百天線，考驗10天線(25.9元)，最低見25.8元，現造25.95元，回吐2.4%。旭輝(00884.HK)低見5.21元，現造5.27元，回吐跌2.4%。綠城中國(03900.HK)跌2.5%報7.3元。時代中國(01233.HK)續吐2.4%報13.66元。
富力(02777.HK)失守10天線(12.3元)，最低見12.04元，現造12.16元，跌2.7%；奧園(03883.HK)曾失守百天線(9.94元)，最低見9.88元，現造10.02元，續吐2%。萬科(02202.HK)低見28.7元(牛熊線)，現造28.9元，跌1.5%。龍光地產(03380.HK)低見11.82元，現造11.92元，跌2%。
