弘浩國際控股(08375.HK)擬收購600畝北海市土地建設半導體生產設施
格隆匯10月21日丨弘浩國際控股(08375.HK)公佈，因注意到中國廣西省北海市政府向投資者提供具有吸引力的政策及資源，本公司已於2019年10月18日向北海市工業園區管理委員會提交一份意向書，展示其涉及在北海市工業園區收購土地及建設生產設施的業務投資及發展初步提議事項。
本公司建議在中國廣西省北海市成立一家新的外資企業，該企業將主要從事製造分立式半導體、半導體式封裝多層式聚合物鋁質電容器及半導體式封裝聚合物鉭質電容器（統稱該等產品）。公司建議收購約600畝土地，將分階段施工，工期約為兩年。第一年，本集團計劃完成基礎設施及部分生產設施的建設，並開展該等產品的小規模試產。第二年，本集團計劃完成主要生產設施的建設並開始該等產品的批量生產；及創設約5,000個新崗位。
同時，本集團正對提議事項進行可行性研究，該研究將考慮多項因素，包括但不限於該等產品的潛在市場及客户、估計投資成本及資本支出、潛在回報以及土地及場地的合適性及人員配置要求等其他營運事項。本集團將於完成後向相關機關提交可行性研究報告以供審批。
公司稱，該等產品具有更低阻抗、更低能耗、更小體積及更低成本等特點，在耗電及性能方面具有更大優勢，因而在分立式半導體器件及被動元器件市場越來越受歡迎。該等產品主要用於筆記本、圖形處理器、5G網絡通訊設備、工業控制系統及汽車設備中。本公司董事會認為，中國的相關市場因該等產品的特色、功能及性能提升而整體呈上升趨勢。
監於相關市場趨勢不斷走高，本集團計劃投資批量生產該等產品，從而可與本集團的產品組合形成互補，豐富本集團的產品範圍，並降低本集團對若干現有核心產品的依賴。本集團利用其自有專利生產方法開發裝置、原材料及生產流程，以促進該等產品的生產。推出該等產品為本集團業務增長中的一環，可助力本集團把握相關市場的良好發展前景，從而拓寬其收益基礎。
