陈茂波:正研推第三轮纾缓经济措施 吁银行勿「落雨收遮」
财政司司长陈茂波以「屋漏逢夜雨」为题撰文,透露政府正研究推出第三轮纾缓措施,以减轻旅游零售及餐饮等业界面对的压力。
他表示,上星期到美国及智利出席多个国际财金会议期间接触的海外商界人士都很关注香港局势发展。虽然他们对香港制度及竞争力仍具信心,但持续的社会动荡及暴力冲击令他们对香港前景非常担忧,又引述外商指若持续下去,不得不考虑作以防万一的准备或拖延他们在港的投资计划。
陈茂波又呼吁,银行业界应该抱着「同舟共济」的精神,不要「落雨收遮」,在符合本身信贷政策和风险管理原则下,尽力支持本港中小企对资金周转的需求。
