融信中國(03301.HK)擬發行額外1.2億美元優先票據
格隆匯10月18日丨融信中國(03301.HK)公佈,有關擬發行於2023年到期的額外1.2億美元的8.95%優先票據。於2019年10月18日,公司及附屬公司擔保人與瑞士信貸及東方證券(香港)就額外票據發行訂立購買協議。
額外票據發行的所得款項總額(包括應計利息),未扣除有關額外票據發行的包銷折扣及佣金以及其他開支,約為1.232億美元。公司擬將額外票據發行之所得款項淨額用於其若干現有債務的再融資。
現有票據於新交所上市。額外票據已獲新交所原則上批准於新交所上市及報價。
