中金(03908.HK)折让逾7%配股 净筹25亿元
中金公司(03908.HK)公布,根据一般授权配售新H股,委托代理向不少於六名非关联方配售合共1.76亿股,相当於扩大後公司已发行H股总数及已发行股份总数约9.245%及4.029%。
每股配售价14.4元,较昨日(16日)收市价15.54元折让7.3%。所得款项净额25.02亿元拟用於补充公司资本金、支持公司境内外的现有业务和新业务发展,进一步加强在国际化等战略领域的资源投入,并把握战略性并购机会。
