九龙建业(00034.HK):「海傲湾One East Coast」累售九成单位 套现逾34亿元
九龙建业(00034.HK)市务及销售部总经理杨聪永在发布会上表示,油塘住宅项目「海傲湾One East Coast」自2018年10月发售以来销情理想,共售出近九成单位,累计套现逾34亿元。现时余下约一成现楼单位。在过往成交记录中,平均尺价约22,000元,有部分海景单位最高录得29,000元。
公司计划将约三成剩余单位用作长线收租之用,他乐见项目租值理想。
