通用汽车向罢工员工提出一系列条件 包括增加数十亿美元投资
通用汽车全球制造业主管Gerald Johnson向员工发信,表示罢工对工人、工人的家人以及公司所在的社区造成了沉重打击,同时亦令供应商和经销商造成困难。
他重申,公司已於上周向工会提供了全面的条件,其中包括提高工资,将兼职员工转为长期员工,维持当前的医疗保健覆盖范围以及向美国工厂投资数十亿美元以创建数千个新职位的承诺。
通用汽车的4.8万名工会成员在9月16日展开全国罢工。有估计,罢工已导致GM损失最少10亿美元。
