《新股消息》鑫苑服务(01895.HK)料第三方在管面积逐步提升
内地物业管理商鑫苑服务(01895.HK)今日(11日)在主板上市,首席财务官黄波在上市仪式後表示,公司目前实际在管面积中,有一半的储备面积属於第三方,随着业务拓展,预期未来的第三方在管面积会逐步提升。
他指,内地物管行业的市场竞争客观存在,但竞争亦为发展动力,公司会透过性价比及品牌影响力等优势在市场竞争。他又称,香港为成熟资本市场,亦为公司未来重要发展市场,因此选择在港上市,而公司股价今日高开,亦代表市场对物管行业及公司的认可。
另外,公司母企鑫苑集团目前在美国上市,鑫苑集团首席财务官陈钰称内部有探讨各种可能性,不排除未来或会进入香港资本市场。
