据报港府研进一步限制非本地人买楼 增卖地条款列明私宅限售港人
楼价高企争议之声不绝,据《星岛日报》引述官员消息称,港府正考虑在新出售土地中加入卖地条款,规定新建私楼只能卖给香港人。
报道引述消息称,若要全面限制本地房屋售予非本地人士,就要进行立法,承认此举的影响层面太大,可能会惹来反弹。另一个做法,是仿效空置税的做法,只针对新建房屋进行限购,其中一个做法,是仿效前特首梁振英年代推出的「港人港楼」计划,在推出土地时,加入卖地条款,规定只能卖给本港永久性居民。
消息称,非本地人士近年购买本港住宅的数量,近年只占百分之一,认为限购的实际作用不大,但同意可改善公众观感。
