深圳国际(00152.HK)就前海项目签土地整备协议
深圳国际(00152.HK)公布,就於前海所拥有的全部5宗面积合共约38万平方米土地的整备方案与深圳市规划和自然资源局及深圳市前海深港现代服务业合作区管理局於2019年9月29日签订土地整备协议书。
公司补充,前海土地整备补偿将为集团带来合共约83.73亿元人民币(约93.03亿港元)的土地价值。继2017年度,集团已就前海首期项目确认税前收益约24.4亿元後,前海余下的约59亿元的土地整备补偿,将在土地出让合同签订後,相关金额能够可靠计量时,集团将予以确认为收益。
