英裘控股(01468.HK)擬更名為“京基金融”
格隆匯9月27日丨英裘控股(01468.HK)公佈,公司董事會建議將本公司英文名稱由“UKF (Holdings) Limited”更改為“Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) Limited”,並採納新中文名稱“京基金融國際(控股)有限公司”作為本公司之第二名稱,以取代中文名稱“英裘(控股)有限公司”。
董事會認為,建議更改公司名稱將更好地反映本集團之業務性質及未來發展的策略方向。
