均安控股(01559.HK)附屬斥3540萬港元收購菲律賓公司全部股份 其擁有馬尼拉兩幅土地
格隆匯9月24日丨均安控股(01559.HK)公佈,9月23日,買方(公司間接非全資附屬公司)與賣方訂立買賣協議,據此,買方收購,賣方出售項目公司全部已發行股份,代價為2.36億披索,相等於約3540萬港元。
公告顯示,項目公司為一間在菲律賓註冊成立的公司。於公告日期,項目公司與CBS Properties訂立土地收購協議,土地收購事項總代價約1.14億港元。
據悉,目標土地由兩幅相連土地組成,總面積約為3,312平方米,連同該處現有所有改善工程。該兩幅土地各自位於菲律賓馬尼拉市艾米塔第072區描籠涯669 Padre Faura街。目標土地為永久業權土地,供商業及住宅發展用途。
