格隆汇9月9日丨禹洲地产(01628.HK)公告,集团2019年8月份的合约销售金额为人民币61.12亿元,同比增118.44%;销售面积为41.05万平方米;平均销售价格为每平方米人民币14,887元。
2019年前8个月,集团实现累计销售金额为人民币406.48亿元,同比增48.85%;累计销售面积为269.38万平方米;平均销售价格为每平方米人民币15,090元。另外,截至2019年8月31日,集团累计的认购未签约金额约为人民币1.25亿元。
