越秀地产(00123.HK)公布,集团8月份实现合同销售金额约为32.99亿元人民币(下同),按年上升约1%,实现合同销售面积约为18.12万平方米,上升约19%。
今年首八个月,累计合同销售金额约440.39亿元,上升约32%,累计合同销售面积约201.93万平方米,上升约24%。累计合同销售金额约占2019年合同销售目标680亿元的65%。
在今年8月份,公司没有新增土地储备。
