惠譽降本港信貸評級 恆指午後升幅收窄至不足60點
惠譽國際因應本港近期社會動盪將香港評級由「AA+」降至「AA」級，展望負面。上證及深成繼今早高位遇壓後，午後倒跌0.1%及0.4%，報2,982及9,747。
恆指繼今早跟隨外圍最多回升275點，高見26,790無以為繼後，午後升幅進一步收窄，最低見26,563，現造26,572，僅回升57點，成交額639億元。
藍籌股個別發展。李嘉誠基金公布於8月30日及9月3日，以每股平均價53.171及51.8977元再次增持長實集團(01113.HK)182.75萬股，以及於9月3日以每股平均價66.6614元增持長和(00001.HK)50萬股，兩者涉資近1.3億元。長和股價三連升，最高見71.2元，受制50天線(72.3元)，現造70.7元，續升2.5%；長實集團回升至56.1元無以為繼，曾輕微倒跌低見55.1元，現造55.4元，僅彈近0.4%。
港交所(00388.HK)恢復衍生產品市場交易，今日股價曾高見254.8元，現造250元，回升1.1%；匯控(00005.HK)及中銀(02388.HK)各高見58.4元及27.3元，現造57.9元及27.2元，回升0.7%及1.3%。
中美貿易緊張局勢有所緩和，萬洲(00288.HK)最高見7.07元，現造7元，回升2.7%。申洲(02313.HK)高見112.7元，現造112元，續升2.7%。
中美同意外10月初重啟面對面貿易談判，加上蘋果即將舉行新產品發布會，瑞聲科技(02018.HK)連彈第三天兼重越50天線(40.1元)，最高見42.2元，現造40.4元，續升3.3%，獲瑞信重申「跑贏大市」評級看103.7元的舜宇光學(02382.HK)屢創52周新高，最高見120元，現造117.3元，續升3.5%，暫為最強藍籌。
有指深圳將於2020年8月底實現5G網絡全市覆蓋，手機設備相關股舞起，中興(00763.HK)重越10天及20天線，最高見21.55元，現造21.05元，續彈7.5%。獲瑞信維持看9元的丘鈦科技(01478.HK)，今日股價曾高見8.63元創近四個月高，現造8.39元，續升8.4%；京信通信(02342.HK)高見1.93元，創逾一個月高，現造1.89元，續升2.2%。長飛(06869.HK)高見14.1元，現造13.8元(剛為50天線)，升3.8%。
惠譽中午宣布，將香港評級由「AA+」降至「AA」級，展望負面。該行指出，過去數月持續的衝突及暴力正在測試「一國兩制」的底線及柔韌性，而內地官員針對香港事務亦採取了自97回歸以來最公開的姿態。惠譽認為一國兩制仍然完整，但香港在經濟、金融、社會政治與內地連結越來越多，反映香港正持續整合至中國政府的體系中，之後將面對更大的制度和監管挑戰，認為相關發展將收窄香港與中國之間主權評級的差異。至於展望「負面」，主要認為政府雖向示威者的一些要求作出讓步，但某程度上公眾不滿依然持續，而潛在爆發下一波社會動盪或會進一步損害對機制的信心，並敗壞對香港政府管治、政府穩定及營商環境的觀感。
