欧盟调查Facebook拟发行Libra加密货币有否损害竞争
欧盟竞争事务专员Margrethe Vestager表示,当局正检视社交平台脸书(Facebook)拟推出的加密货币Libra是否损害竞争。她指欧盟可检视未推出的服务,又称正检视新服务建议对竞争构成的风险,以便在需要时采取行动干预。
《路透》报道指,Vestager向28个管理Libra货币的协会成员发出问卷,提问包括成为会员的条件,Libra支援产品及服务如何与脸书的WhatsApp、Messenger、Instagram及Calibra结合,消费数据如何被使用及数据的拥有权等。
