格隆汇9月3日丨中海重工(00651.HK)宣布,作为其中一项推动加强集团内部及公司与其他专业人士之间沟通、提升集团财务申报之内部监控系统及预防于未来出现类似审核保留意见之努力,根据订约方于2019年8月30日订立之委聘函件,公司已委任钜铭风险谘询服务有限公司为公司的内部监控顾问,以对集团有关财务报告政策及监控程序之内部监控系统及程序进行审阅,并建议补救措施,以遵守上市规则附录14第C.2段。
