东方航空(600115.SH)向商飞公司购买35架ARJ21-700飞机
格隆汇8月31日丨东方航空(600115.SH)公布，公司于2019年8月30日与中国商用飞机有限责任公司(“商飞公司”)在中国北京签订《ARJ21-700飞机买卖协议》，向商飞公司购买35架ARJ21-700飞机。上述飞机计划于2020年至2024年分批交付于公司。
此次购买飞机交易的标的为35架ARJ21-700飞机。该机型为设计航程3200公里以内的单通道支线飞机。
ARJ21-700飞机的公开市场报价约为：每架飞机3800万美元，35架飞机的基本价格合计约为13.30亿美元(美元与人民币按1.00美元兑7.09元人民币折算，约为94.30亿元人民币)。上述基本价格包括机身及发动机价格。
上述ARJ21-700飞机计划于2020年至2024年分批交付于公司，2020年计划交付3架，2021年计划交付6架，2022年计划交付8架，2023年计划交付9架，2024年计划交付9架于公司。公司未来可能根据市场情况和公司运力规划调整ARJ21-700飞机交易项下飞机的具体引进时间和机型。
不考虑公司可能基于市场环境和机龄而对机队作出的调整，以公司截至2018年12月31日的可用吨公里(ATK)计算，通过此次飞机交易，公司运力将在2020年至2024年分别增长约0.13%、0.26%、0.34%、0.39%、0.39%。
公司此次购买ARJ21-700飞机，主要是为了补充支线运力的不足，进一步完善公司的整体航线网络布局；挖掘支线市场的发展潜力，满足广大旅客大众化航空出行的需求。
