格隆汇8月30日丨神州数码(000034.SZ)公布2019上半年业绩,公司实现营业收入423.36亿元,同比增长28.11%;归属于上市公司股东的净利润3.97亿元,同比增长48.23%;归属于上市公司股东扣除非经常性损益的净利润2.99亿元,同比增长20.22%。
顺应数字化转型产业发展浪潮,2019年上半年,公司云计算和数字化转型业务全面跑赢大势,取得高速增长,战略转型成效卓著,技术服务能力不断提升,业务范围进一步扩展,市场领先优势进一步凸显。
公司是国内领先的独立第三方云服务及数字化方案提供商,拥有业内最强的多云及混合云架构服务和开发能力、最深厚的行业头部客户服务成功经验、最大的To B渠道网络覆盖,以及最广泛的云计算资源聚合。报告期内,在技术服务能力方面,巩固和加强了在专业服务和托管运维服务领域的技术服务优势;升级完善跨云管理平台,云管平台自动化程度和效能进一步提升;继续完善已有解决方案,坚定不移推进解决方案产品化进程,在此基础上构建并完善了包括数据脱敏、数据平台建设以及数据建模分析在内的覆盖数据底层到数据应用的全方位大数据解决方案。在客户覆盖方面,继续提升世界500强等头部客户的渗透率,尤其是在零售快消和汽车行业,凭借丰富的服务经验和良好的客户反馈,新签数家全球知名企业。
报告期内,云管理服务(MSP)收入5700万元,同比增长176.43%,毛利率51.17%。在技术能力认证上,公司荣膺微软年度最佳云管理服务提供商(Top MSP Partner),同时成为国内唯一获得微软年度学习伙伴(Learning Partner of the Year)提名的云服务商;以1000分的满分成绩通过AWS 管理服务能力审计,成为AWS 管理服务提供商(MSP);在客户拓展上,新签世界500强级别客户5家,原有客户留存率超过98%;不断完善支持多个主流公有云接入的云管平台(CMP),运维自动化程度和效能进一步提升。
在消费电子业务领域,公司精准判断市场走向,继续深化与厂商、渠道和客户的合作,大部分厂商份额保持或扩大领先优势。芯片业务从传统分销模式迈向行业应用,带动微电子业务实现高速增长;华为终端业务接近翻倍增长,厂商份额连续四年持续提升;智能硬件业务继续保持强劲发展势头。
