马鞍山钢铁股份(00323.HK)就5.66万平方米工程建设用地与化工能源公司签订协议 作价1855万元
格隆汇8月30日丨马鞍山钢铁股份(00323.HK)公布,2019年8月29日,公司与化工能源公司就公司焦炉系统工程建设用地签订土地转让协议及搬迁补偿协议。
公告显示,公司拟购买土地转让协让项下的土地,该宗土地56,550.67平方米,位于马钢三厂区、人头矶东南,六汾河路与马钢西路交叉口西北。
据悉,该交易以评估价作为交易价格,为人民币1855.3762万元(含税)。
此外,搬迁补偿协议规定,土地转让协议项下的土地上的地面资产搬迁补偿费用以评估价值作为交易价格,为人民币626.75万元(含税)。
公司表示,通过本次关连交易是公司发展所需,购买的土地用于公司焦炉系统工程建设。
