格隆汇8月29日丨北京首都机场股份(00694.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止中期，公司营业收入为人民币53.80亿元(单位下同)，同比增长1.1%；税后净利润为12.90亿元，同比减少13.2%；每股盈利为0.298元，拟派中期息每股0.0894元。
2019年上半年，北京首都机场的飞机起降架次达293,079架次，较上一年同期减少3.38%。旅客吞吐量达49,242,173人次，较上一年同期减少0.63%。货邮吞吐量达946,928吨，较上一年同期减少5.03%。
2019年上半年，公司的航空性业务收入为20.34亿元，较上一年同期减少23.0%；非航空性业务收入为33.46亿元，较上一年同期增长24.8%。
公司的特许经营收入为25.97亿元，较上一年同期增长34.1%。其中，零售特许经营收入为人民币17.72亿元，较上一年同期增长65.9%；广告特许经营收入为5.85亿元，较上一年同期增长0.9%；餐饮特许经营收入为1.40亿元，较上一年同期增长5.4%；贵宾服务特许经营收入为4535万元，较上一年同期减少13.4%；地面服务特许经营收入为2809.4万元，较上一年同期减少61.7%。
2019年上半年，公司的停车服务收入为8090.4万元，较上一年同期减少7.9%，主要是收费政策调整和旅客量下降所致。公司的其他收入为1089.万元，较上一年同期增长110.2%，主要是个别合约在续签时，经营内容有所调整所致。
