格隆汇8月29日丨东方证券(600958.SH)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入80.79亿元，同比增长88.88%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润12.10亿元，同比增长69.04%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润11.39亿元，同比增长79.12%；基本每股收益0.17元。
报告期内，公司坚持“防风险、稳增长”的工作基调，统筹兼顾长期战略与年度重点，进一步优化业务结构，各项工作稳步推进。公司财富管理业务创新开拓，转型进一步深化，独家订制首个行业公募基金，权益类产品销售规模显著增加；大投资板块业绩稳健，巩固传统优势业务；承销业务大力推进跨部门协同，发行规模同比大幅增长。子公司业务保持优势，进一步彰显集团化发展成效。东证资管受托资产管理规模稳中有增，权益类基金近三年绝对收益排名行业第一；东证期货客户权益规模同比增长25%，在信息技术领域的优势和国际业务的开拓进一步得到客户的认可；东方金控完成架构调整，债券承销收入香港地区各类行业排名中稳居中资券商前五；汇添富基金规模大幅提升，管理规模超7千亿元，其中公募主动权益规模稳居行业首位。
截至报告期末，公司总资产2472.25亿元，较上年末增加8.97%，归属于母公司所有者权益526.73亿元，较上年末增加1.80%；母公司净资本444.17亿元，较上年末增加10.39%；归属于母公司所有者的净利润12.10亿元，同比增加69.04%。
报告期内，公司实现营业收入80.79亿元，其中证券销售及交易业务14.39亿元，占比16.97%；投资管理业务13.66亿元，占比16.11%；经纪及证券金融业务53.89亿元，占比63.55%；投资银行业务5.40亿元，占比6.36%；管理本部及其他业务-2.53亿元。(分部业务营业收入、营业支出及其占比未考虑合并抵消因素)
