华侨城Ａ(000069.SZ)半年度净利润升39.52%至28.10亿元
格隆汇8月29日丨华侨城Ａ(000069.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入176.54亿元，同比增长19.95%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润28.10亿元，同比增长39.52%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润26.57亿元，同比增长45.30%；基本每股收益0.3425元。
分业务看，旅游业务保持行业领先，2019年6月，根据AECOM联合TEA共同发布的《2018全球主题公园和博物馆报告》，华侨城继续蝉联全球主题公园集团四强。报告期内，公司旗下共有19家景区、开放式休闲旅游区、度假区及独立运营的演艺项目和24家酒店、1家旅行社。公司上半年累计接待游客1782万人次，同比持平。七地欢乐谷接待游客人次同比有小幅增长；北京欢乐谷、武汉欢乐谷、重庆欢乐谷游客增幅均超10%。
房地产业务持续担当公司高质量发展的“稳定器”。在坚持“房住不炒”、“因城施策”、调控力度不减的政策环境下，各地产业务单位积极创新营销举措，多管齐下抢抓市场，项目推盘、销售、回款同比去年均有大幅增长。累计签约销售回款额同比大幅增长，华侨城房地产公司、中部事业部销售回款表现良好。
酒店及物业商业板块运营平稳。公司旗下酒店累计实现收入7亿元、同比增长7%，华侨城酒店集团再次跻身“2018年度中国饭店集团60强”榜单。高端酒店表现突出，上海宝格丽酒店开业一个月即实现GOP 回正，开业以来间房收益保持上海市场第一，宾客满意度位列全球六家宝格丽酒店及亚太奢华酒店品牌榜首；前海万豪酒店持续表现优异，上半年入住率达81%，利润同比增长26%。
