格隆汇8月29日丨青岛港(06198.HK)公布,2019年8月29日,公司收到公司控股股东青岛港集团的通知,青岛港集团已收到国家市场监督管理总局出具的《经营者集中反垄断审查不予禁止决定书》,主要内容为:根据《中华人民共和国反垄断法》第二十六条规定,经审查,现决定,对青岛港(集团)有限公司收购威海港集团有限公司股权案不予禁止,你公司从即日起可以实施集中。该案涉及经营者集中反垄断审查之外的其他事项,依据相关法律办理。
