创梦天地(01119.HK)：上半年经调整利润3.12亿元 同比增长106.7%
格隆汇8月29日丨创梦天地(01119.HK)发布中期业绩，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现收益14.31亿元人民币(下同)，同比增长33.3%；毛利6.76亿元，同比增长59.7%；经调整期间利润(未经审核)3.12亿元，同比增长106.7%；基本每股收益0.15元。
报告期内，公司收入录得33.3%的同比增长。游戏收入及信息服务收入是整体收入增长的主要驱动力。公司的平均月活跃用户增加至1.301亿万。2019年上半年，平均月付费用户达580万，月付费用户平均收入增加至31.7元。
2019年上半年，公司在充满挑战的商业环境中取得进展。基于对游戏市场的观察，注意到获批发布的网络游戏数量得到进一步规范，市场进一步完善，行业已经进入更健康的成长阶段。截至2019年6月30日止六个月，业务增长乃受创梦飞轮的理念所推动，即为由各加速要素驱动的一个自我运转、强化的增长循环。
向用户持续提供精品数字娱乐内容
精品游戏内容。公司积极与海内外知名内容提供商合作，布局多种选定游戏品类。截至2019年6月30日，拥有57款游戏，包括16款角色扮演游戏、6款益智消除类游戏、12款休闲竞技游戏、6款跑酷游戏及17款其他游戏。在本年度上半年的新品布局上依旧以高品质产品为主，如体育类游戏《全民冠军足球》、MMORPG类游戏《决战玛法》以及受不同玩家群体欢迎的其他产品。在自研方面，2019年自研游戏《魔力宝贝》(手机版)海外版先后在东南亚和港澳台地区发行，于2019年下半年，将推出《镇魂街》、《梦工厂大冒险》、《全球行动》等更多自研游戏。
其他数字内容。随着数字内容呈现形式的多元化，公司同步在数字内容领域内布局了漫画、动画、电视剧及互动阅读等其他核心业务。
超休闲游戏。于2019年，公司与微信、手机QQ及抖音等多个平台合作，发布及运营超休闲游戏。
通过线上及线下用户服务提高用户黏性及参与度
公司与腾讯合作开设好时光影游社(线下体验店品牌)，以打造全天候线上线下娱乐生活圈。截至2019年6月30日，公司于中国拥有16家好时光影游社体验店(2家自营店及其他14家与当地合伙人合作的门店)。其集影视、游戏、电竞、游戏相关商品于一体，并向用户提供多元的沉浸式体验。该模式不仅能够将庞大的线上资源及网络粉丝效应带至线下，并且能够通过互动及更有沉浸感的游乐设施实现经济消费。公司通过线下运营活动，成功将用户转换成线上会员，并通过微信小程序及微信公众号累积会员。
加强战略投资与协作部署，连接产业资源，全面发展数字娱乐平台
公司于2019年进一步加强对数字娱乐生态系统内各公司的战略投资或协作布局。通过广泛连接产业资源，例如通过与腾讯及索尼的合作，公司能够持续提供丰富且多样化的数字娱乐内容及服务，以改善用户的体验。
公司对数字娱乐产业的前景十分乐观。相信5G无线网络将为用户随时随地使用任何设备和网络进入游戏带来全新可能。而且，中国数字娱乐产业的蓬勃发展，将为公司带来越来越多的机会。公司将努力为公司股东实现健康的中长期财务业绩。
