格隆汇8月29日丨汉得信息(300170.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入16.03亿元，同比增长22.15%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润1.68亿元，同比增长8.51%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益后的净利润1.46亿元，同比增长5.51%；基本每股收益0.19元。
公司与百度的具体业务合作领域包括但不限于云计算、共享服务、垂直业务等，通过加深双方的合作层次，促使双方在战略合作中发挥更积极的作用，同时能够更好地调动内外部资源支持双方的合作。具体而言，一方面，百度的技术能力、研发能力较强，百度云服务等2B业务正在迅速发展中，而另一方面，公司对企业用户的需求有深入的理解和积累，并且拥有成熟的顾问人才队伍和完善的业务网络；此外公司服务多年且数量众多的大型企业客户群体，也是将双方深度合作成果落地的客户基础，双方可以在上述各方面实现优势互补。
自签署《战略合作框架协议》以来，公司已成立专门的销售团队，与百度共同面向客户，联合销售公司和百度的解决方案，并与百度建立协同解决方案联合项目组，通过互相培训使之具有执行对方产品和解决方案的相关能力，共同走向市场。截止目前，在与百度的业务合作中，公司已新增十几个与合作相关的客户，实现在手订单金额1000多万元。公司与百度在工业制造、金融、教育、医疗等领域开始建立合作：基于百度ABC智能云，百度向公司提供人工智能、大数据、云服务及物联网为一体的云计算服务等先进技术支持，双方联合开发智能硬件产品以及其他具体合作领域的新产品/服务，并由公司负责具体合作项目的交付落地。
