格隆汇8月29日丨上海医药(601607.SH)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入925.75亿元，同比增长22%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润22.86亿元，同比增长12.45%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润20.95亿元，同比增长10.06%；基本每股收益0.8045元。经营活动产生的现金流量净额20.23亿元，同比增长87.20%。
报告期内，公司主营业务持续较快增长，实现营业收入925.75亿元，同比增长22.00%；其中医药工业实现收入119.42亿元，同比增长24.05%；医药商业实现收入806.33亿元，同比增长21.71%。公司实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润22.86亿元，同比增长12.45%；其中医药工业主营业务贡献利润10.85亿元，同比增长19.82%；医药商业主营业务贡献利润10.28亿元，同比增长12.76%；参股企业贡献利润5.32亿元，同比增长50.66%，实现扣除非经常性损益的归属于上市公司股东净利润20.95亿，同比增长10.66%，还原研发费用并扣除非经常性损益后净利润同比增长12.11%。
报告期内，公司综合毛利率14.05%，较上年同期下降0.05个百分点，其中医药工业上升0.10个百分点，医药分销下降0.19个百分点。公司扣除管理、销售及研发费用后的营业利润率3.98%，较上年同期下降0.20个百分点。
报告期内，公司积极应对制药行业政策，努力提升市场份额。医药工业销售收入119.42亿元，较上年同期增长24.05%，毛利率57.76%，较上年同期增长0.10个百分点。60个重点品种销售收入67.73亿元，同比增长31.03%，重点品种平均毛利率71.84%。
医药分销业务实现销售收入801.94亿元，同比增长21.04%，毛利率6.49%；医药零售业务实现销售收入38.37亿元，同比增长22.43%，毛利率14.49%。
