中远海运港口(01199.HK)上半年净利润下降12.5%至1.48亿美元 中期息1.9美仙
格隆汇8月29日丨中远海运港口(01199.HK)发布中期业绩，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现收入5.179亿美元，同比增长4.5%；毛利1.534亿美元，同比下降2.6%；公司股权持有人应占利润1.478亿美元，同比下降12.5%；基本每股收益5.66美仙；拟派中期股息每股1.9美仙。
报告期内，公司积极利用国内外有利时机，资产布局于一带一路地区的港口。近年，中远海运港口于海外购入COSCO SHIPPING Ports (Spain) Holdings, S.L.及其附属公司 (合称“CSP西班牙集团”) 51%股权、增持CSP Zeebrugge Terminal NV (“泽布吕赫码头”) 股权至成为附属公司；于国内购入南通通海港口有限公司及武汉中远海运港口码头有限公司为附属公司。另外，于2017年完成认购青岛港国际非流通内资股股份及大连集装箱码头有限公司整合等项目。2019年上半年，中远海运港口完成了收购 Terminales Portuarios Chancay S.A. (“钱凯码头”) 的60%股权，钱凯码头将成为南美洲重要门户港，令中远海运港口的码头网络更加全面。
然而，受到青岛港国际一次性股权摊薄和新租赁准则的影响，中远海运港口期内利润表现受到影响。2019年上半年，中远海运港口完成公司股权持有人应占利润同比下跌12.5%。不计入期内青岛港国际一次性股权摊薄影响及新租赁准则影响，2019年上半年中远海运港口完成公司股权持有人应占利润1.76亿美元，同比上升4.4%。
受惠于各大航运联盟增加对集团集装箱码头的靠泊，加上新收购码头的箱量贡献，截至2019年6月30日止六个月，集团总吞吐量同比上升5.4%至5976.41万标准箱。其中，集团控股码头公司的总吞吐量上升14.6%至1244.53万标准箱，占集团总吞吐量的20.8%；非控股码头公司的总吞吐量则上升3.2%至4731.88万标准箱，占集团总吞吐量的79.2%。
期内，集团权益吞吐量增长7.7%至1934.73万标准箱。其中，控股码头公司的权益吞吐量同比增长14.9%至789.69万标准箱，占比40.8%；非控股码头公司的权益吞吐量上升3.2%至1145.04万标准箱，占比59.2%。
