彩虹新能源(00438.HK)将中电系统二建采购安装合同2019年度上限修订为350万元
格隆汇8月28日丨彩虹新能源(00438.HK)公布,公司附属公司延安新能源于2017年11月20日与中电系统二建订立采购安装合同,以规管于截至2020年12月31日止三个年度中电系统二建向延安新能源提供动力配管及管架采购安装服务的事宜。采购安装合同项下交易于三个年度的现有年度上限为人民币230万元。
根据内部估计,董事会认为截至2019年12月31日止年度的现有年度上限不足以满足公司的现时需求。因此,董事会批准将采购安装合同项下交易于2019年度的年度上限修订为人民币350万元。
