比速科技(01372.HK)上半年收入2.46亿港元 投资工业大麻种植及加工业务
格隆汇8月28日丨比速科技(01372.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止六个月，集团录得收益2.46亿港元，同比减少50.59%；毛损2468万港元，同期录额毛利922.7万元，录得母公司拥有人应占亏损约2.63亿港元，同期亏损约1.45亿港元，基本每股亏损131.7港仙。
收入减少乃是由于集团对集团汽车发动机业务客户的发动机销售减少，因为供应商忧虑其付款能力导致其供应短缺，致使其再度延后全面恢复生产；及集团汽车发动机业务的存货减值亏损拨备约2480万港元。有关减值亏损主要源于汽车发动机业务客户再度延后全面恢复生产，致使能否变现存货的不稳定因素增加；
收购汽车发动机业务相关的无形资产公允价值的减值亏损约5070万港元。该减值亏损乃主要由于上述汽车发动机业务客户再度延后全面恢复生产；期内，额外预期信贷亏损约1.13亿港元计入汽车发动机业务客户结欠的应收账款及应收票据，此乃由于上述汽车发动机业务客户再度延后全面恢复生产，致使应收账款及应收票据还款的不稳定因素增加；及有关股权结算购股权开支的行政开支增加约2870万港元，已于期内确认。
值得注意的是，期间内集团积极寻找可带来稳健的多元化发展前景的机会。由于看好工业大麻行业的前景，董事会于期内决定投资工业大麻种植及加工业务，透过收购云南太瑞70%股份及丘北沃麻60%股份，捕捉行业潜在增长。为了把握在工业大麻行业早着先机的优势，云南太瑞及丘北沃麻的其他股东已为工业大麻业务的发展计划提出紧迫的项目时间表。
