格隆汇8月27日丨邦宝益智(603398.SH)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入2.71亿元，同比增长81.29%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润4109.55万元，同比增长165.88%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润3808.59万元，同比增长207.54%；基本每股收益0.19元。
报告期内，公司营业收入同比上期增加81.29%，归属于上市公司股东的净利润同比上期增加165.88%，主要是因为本报告期公司合并报表范围发生变化所致。经营活动产生的现金流量净额同比减少18.40%，主要是因为报告期内合并范围不同以及预付款增加所致。
公司是一家专业从事益智积木教玩具、精密非金属模具的研发、生产、销售与服务为一体的文化创意型高新技术企业，旨在打造成为集研发、生产、销售及服务为一体的全品类塑胶教玩具企业。公司当前益智玩具产品主要包括积木玩具和婴幼儿玩具，益智玩具产品包括教育系列、科普系列及市场各类热门IP 授权如“小猪佩奇”、“史努比”、“炮炮兵”、“太空学院”、“麦杰克小镇”、神兽金刚等，总共20 多个系列200 多款热销产品,产品线覆盖儿童的各个年龄阶段，产品种类丰富，具有持续性和成长性。精密非金属模具业务主要为益智玩具的生产提供支持，满足公司益智产品生产的需要。
2018年，公司完成了收购国内知名玩具运营商美奇林100%股权的重大资产重组，并基于美奇林长期积累并掌握的丰富玩具市场信息，开展运营业务。美奇林主要通过向直销客户提供包括诸如玩具选品、价格策略、设计柜架、货品摆放等多维度的产品方案，根据零售渠道商认可的上述产品方案向合作的玩具商采购丰富多彩的儿童玩具或者委外生产自有品牌玩具产品，并销售给各大玩具零售商。美奇林的直销渠道包括大型超市、百货商场、玩具连锁商店、母婴店等，并且与沃尔玛、华润万家、大润发、卜蜂莲花、永旺等零售终端约2100 家门店建立了业务联系，玩具销售网点遍及全国。
为进一步完善公司国内销售渠道，公司于2018年完成了收购美奇林100%股权的重大资产重组。美奇林为国内知名玩具运营商，拥有成熟的国内销售渠道，其直销渠道包括大型超市、百货商场、玩具连锁商店、母婴店等，并且与沃尔玛、华润万家、大润发、卜蜂莲花、永旺等零售终端约2100 家门店建立了业务联系，玩具销售网点遍及全国。报告期内，美奇林实现营业收入1.37亿元，实现净利润2093.24万元。
