中烟香港(06055.HK)中期净利降29.65%至1.31亿港元
格隆汇8月26日丨中烟香港(06055.HK)公告，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司收入为39.31亿港元，同比减少2.9%；税后利润为1.3亿港元，同比减少30.5%； 股东应占溢利1.31亿港元，同比减29.65%；每股基本盈利0.25港元；不派息。
据悉，收入及销售成同比减少的主要原因是由于中美贸易摩擦的出现及加剧，导致公司暂无自美国采购烟叶。行政及其他经营开支同比增加乃主要由于公司于2019年上半年成功上市导致上市中介费用增加。
此外，税后利润下降的原因主要包括：1.中美贸易摩擦导致烟叶类产品进口业务减利；2.人民币贬值、卷烟素包装法案颁布、部分卷烟供货渠道和方式改变对卷烟出口业务利润的影响；3.由于财务资料的编制基准，去年同期数据未必可反映相关业务若在去年同期已作为独立实体运营时的经营业绩(如利息收入)。
下半年，公司将多管齐下、深耕市场、开源节流、提高效率，不断增强公司盈利能力。在烟叶类产品出口方面，将继续挖掘市场需求，积极组织国内适销货源供应，进一步提升在东南亚市场份额；在烟叶类产品进口方面，将适时扩大美国烟叶进口的货源替代，以满足中国内地市场对进口烟叶的需求；卷烟出口方面，将加大市场营销力度，稳定传统市场份额，积极拓展新兴市场，提升自营比例，扩增销售网点；在新型烟草制品出口方面，将顺应市场发展趋势，加大市场推介力度。
