第七大道(00797.HK)拟斥资10亿元收购网络游戏业务
格隆汇8月23日丨第七大道(00797.HK)宣布，2019年8月23日，公司作为买方与Maple Vale Limited订立买卖协议，据此，公司同意收购由目标公司拥有的网络游戏业务，代价为人民币10亿元。
目标业务由目标公司Osmanthus Vale Holdings Limited及其附属公司拥有并通过目标公司及其附属公司运营。目标公司主要业务活动包括网络游戏的开发、发布及营运。目标业务有制造多项优秀网络游戏的记录，包括《传奇盛世》系列、《屠龙战记》、《屠龙杀》、《传奇盛世之小小屠龙》以及《沙城战神》，并且拥有多种不同类型的开发中的游戏储备。
近年来，网络游戏行业持续稳健发展。网络游戏行业市场规模及玩家数目持续增加。此外，中国政府在近年来亦颁布了一系列的政策以支持网络游戏及文化娱乐产业的发展。董事认为，在可预见的未来，网络游戏行业具有强大研发能力的游戏公司将更有能力把握商业机遇并占据更大的市场份额。
目标业务由目标公司及其附属公司拥有并通过目标公司及其附属公司运营。其主要业务活动包括网络游戏的开发、发布及营运。目标业务有制造多项优秀网络游戏的记录。董事认为该交易符合集团的主要业务活动，以及公司选择性收购及投资具有强大研发能力的游戏开发商及工作室的策略，扩大公司的游戏组合及增强公司游戏研发的能力。
