新城悦服务(01755.HK)中期股东应占净利润增长115.1%至1.17亿元
格隆汇8月23日丨新城悦服务(01755.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止6个月,公司营业额8.56亿元人民币,同比增长71.3%;毛利2.5亿元,同比增长73.8%;公司股东应占净利润1.17亿元,同比增长115.1%;每股收益0.14元,不派息。
期间物业管理服务收入为人民币397.5百万元,较2018年同期人民币335.3百万元增加18.5%,物业管理服务收入是我们收入的主要来源,占2019年上半年收入的46.4%;开发商增值服务收入达到人民币274.2百万元,较2018年同期人民币104.7百万元上升161.8%;社区增值服务在期内录得大幅增长,期内收入达到人民币71.1百万元,较2018年同期人民币23.2百万元上升206.3%;专业服务的收入为人民币113.4百万元,较2018年同期人民币36.7百万元上升209.0%。
毛利率自2018年同期的28.8%上升0.4个百分点,达到29.2%;毛利率上升的主要原因为物业管理服务和开发商增值服务的毛利率提升。
截至2019年6月30日,该集团总在管面积为44.4百万平方米,较2018年同期37.9百万平方米上升17.3%,其中新城系的在管面积占比为73.2%或32.5百万平方米,第三方的在管面积占比为26.8%或11.9百万平方米,未来公司依旧会坚持以新项目为主的第三方拓展策略。
