格隆汇8月22日丨海螺水泥(00914.HK)公布，按国际财务报告准则编制，截至2019年6月30日止中期，公司营业收入为人民币716.43亿元(单位下同)，同比增长56.63%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润152.82亿元，同比增长17.88%；每股基本盈利为2.88元。
报告期内，集团水泥熟料合计净销量为2.02亿吨，同比增长41.55%；受益于产品销量增加和综合销价上涨，实现主营业务收入684.00亿元，同比增长52.68%；主营业务成本454.15亿元，同比增长83.77%；产品综合毛利率为33.60%，较上年同期下降11.23个百分点。
集团水泥熟料自产品销量为1.46亿吨，同比增长6.00%；自产品销售收入486.65亿元，同比增长13.05%；自产品销售成本257.12亿元，同比增长11.95%；自产品综合毛利率为47.17%，较上年同期上升0.52个百分点。为强化终端销售市场建设，
报告期内，集团实现水泥熟料贸易业务销量0.57亿吨，同比增长9倍；贸易业务收入197.35亿元，同比增长10倍；贸易业务成本197.04亿元，同比增长10倍。
报告期内，集团42.5级水泥、32.5R级水泥毛利率同比分别下降10.94个百分点、12.76个百分点，熟料毛利率同比下降6.69个百分点；其中集团自产品42.5级水泥、32.5R级水泥、熟料毛利率同比分别上升0.57个百分点、0.08个百分点、3.28个百分点。骨料及石子综合毛利率为68.63%，同比下降2.52个百分点。
下半年，集团将坚持贯彻落实高质量发展要求，紧抓"一带一路"发展机遇，积极稳妥推进国际化发展战略，加快已签约项目落地，加大调研论证力度，积极储备潜在项目载体。把握国内供给侧结构性改革和国家加大环保治理的有利时机，本着完善市场布局、增强区域竞争实力的原则，寻找合适标的，积极推进并购重组；加快发展骨料，稳步拓展混凝土，试点装配式建筑产业，培育发展新动能
