汇丰研究降晶苑(2232.HK)评级至“持有”目标价降至3.7港元
汇丰环球研究发表报告指,晶苑(02232.HK)上半年盈利倒退,除了受产品重组带来的一次性成本影响外,亦显示业务转型困难。不过,该行相信相关负面影响仅为暂时性,亦为服装行业业务转型常见情况,对收入的影响幅度亦有限,加上晶苑负债比率低,现金流亦健康,相信可渡过潜在业务波动。

该行降晶苑今明两年盈利预测19%至21%,目标价相应自5.3港元下调至3.7港元,意味仍有8%上行空间,评级由“买入”降至“持有”。
