閻峰香港仍具投資吸引力中資股估值低
國泰君安國際(01788.HK)上半年專業投資者賬戶平均資金按年增長61%至約5,200萬元。近期本港受政治事件困擾,主席兼行政總裁閻峰表示,香港市場對投資者而言仍然具有吸引力,未見資金外流,加上目前本港中資股票估值不高,對本港投資前景仍然相當有信心。
財務總監李光杰則表示,上半年公司經紀業務市佔率提升,費率亦未有下降。他又指上半年公司融資業務貸款利率自8厘水平下降至6厘,不過7月開始有見貸款量增加。另外公司現金水平充足,上半年持有40多億元現金,因此維持較高的派息比率。
