格隆汇8月19日丨正荣地产(06158.HK)发布公告,有关额外发行1.1亿美元2022年到期年息9.15%的优先票据(将与公司于发行的2亿美元2022年到期年息9.15%的优先票据合并及构成单一类别)。公司已向联交所申请批准额外票据仅以向专业投资者发行债务的方式上市及买卖。预期额外票据的上市及买卖许可将于2019年8月20日生效。
