創業集團(02221.HK)就出售晉立訂第二份補充契據
創業集團(02221.HK)就出售晉立100%股權進一步公布,昨日(15日),公司、公司主席兼主要股東朱勇軍與出售協議訂約各方訂立出售協議的第二份補充契據,據此,訂約各方協定,由第二份補充契據日期起,購電協議條件獲福建佳和豁免,而出售協議所有先決條件因而已達成或獲豁免,且訂約各方將落實完成出售協議;及SPM公司85%股權的代價介乎312萬美元至553萬美元。
