美的置业(03990.HK)附属13亿元公司债8月15日起挂牌上交所
格隆汇8月14日丨美的置业(03990.HK)公布,公司间接全资附属美的置业集团公开发行的2019年公司债券(第四期)将于2019年8月15日起在上交所交易市场集中竞价系统和固定收益证券综合电子平台上市,并面向合格投资者交易。
据悉,该期债券简称“19美置04”,债券代码“155595”;发行总额人民币13亿元,发行价格100元/张,票面年利率5.70%;债券期限5年,起息日2019年8月5日,到期日2024年8月5日。
