中国光大银行(06818.HK)安邦资管减持公司3000万张可转债
格隆汇8月9日丨中国光大银行(06818.HK)公布,公司于2017年3月公开发行300亿元A股可转换公司债券。近日,该行收到安邦资产管理有限责任公司的通知函,自2019年4月9日至2019年8月7日,安邦资管受托管理账户及资管产品账户于二级市场合计减持该行可转债3000万张,占发行总量的10%。本次减持完成后,安邦资管受托管理账户及资管产品账户仍合计持有该行可转债2109.82万张,占发行总量的7.03%。
