美捷汇控股(01389.HK)拟3211.2万港元收购1379瓶优质葡萄酒库存
格隆汇8月8日丨美捷汇控股(01389.HK)宣布,于2019年8月8日,公司的全资附属公司美酒滙拟向黎惠港收购葡萄酒库存,代价为3211.2万港元,将以发行4.46亿股代价股份方式支付,每股代价股份发行价0.072港元。
葡萄酒库存包括1379瓶优质葡萄酒,市价介乎每瓶8000港元至121.6万港元。葡萄酒库存的市值总额估计为3890万港元。董事认为葡萄酒库存将与集团现有产品互补,使集团能够向现有客户提供更多葡萄酒产品,并可吸引新客户。此外,董事认为葡萄酒库存可能于不久将来实现资产升值,并能够为集团带来额外收益。
