大酒店(00045.HK)公布,今年第二季香港半島酒店的平均可出租客房收入為3,292元,按年跌9%,平均房租為5,396元,按年下跌4.7%,出租率為61%,按年減少3個百分點。
至於其他亞洲地區,平均可出租客房收入為2,134元,按年升2.2%,平均房租為2,996元,按年升6.1%,出租率為71%,按年跌3個百分點。
美國及歐洲方面,平均可出租客房收入為4,565元,按年升3.4%,平均房租為5,928元,按年微升0.1%,出租率為77%,按年升2個百分點。
